IOCC Assists American Red Cross in Houston/Galveston Hurricane Clean-Up Effort

Baltimore, Maryland - International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC) lent a hand recently to the American Red Cross in its effort to bring relief and recovery to communities in Houston and Galveston that were devastated by Hurricane Ike. IOCC delivered $140,000 worth of medical and hygiene supplies to the American Red Cross Auchan shelter in Houston. read more »

(Galveston, Texas) - As residents try to return to their damaged or destroyed homes in Texas, officials are still warning of a secondary health crisis due to the lack of water, power, and running sewers in some areas.
