Integration of Faith As an Orthodox Christian psychologist with training in spiritual direction, I offer spiritually-oriented, culturally-sensitive psychotherapy that integrates mental health with the whole person: mind, body and soul. As a spiritual director, I accompany adults on their journey towards an increased awareness of God’s presence in their lives, and explore: how to integrate prayer life into the everyday, and will these choices bring me closer to God? Spiritual direction is offered to individuals or groups anywhere with access to a virtual connection. My approach is eclectic and integrates emotionally-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapies, and is informed by attachment-based trauma, polyvagal theory and strengths-based perspectives. I offer hope and a safe space with compassionate listening and encouragement for exploring and finding meaning and purpose in life.
